Happy June! This week’s meal plan is packed with yummy summer favorites including one of my go-to grilled chicken recipes, a delicious pineapple chicken sausage sandwich, and light and healthy shrimp fajitas!
It starts out with Microwave Banana Oatmeal, a Southwestern BLT Turkey Salad, and Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken. Monday brings an easy One Pot Caprese Pasta and Tuesday is a Parmesan Pork Chops. Wednesday is Korean Beef and Cabbage and Thursday is Grilled Soy Ginger Chicken with Mango Salsa. To end the week, meals include One Pan Shrimp Fajitas and Pineapple Chicken Sausages.
