Healthy Meal Plans: Week 15

If you can’t tell, I was really craving take out and restaurant mesls when I put together this week’s menu. There are tacos, pizza, chicken enchiladas, creamy pasta, and an Asian chicken dish that we love more than takeout all in one week.

It starts out with Greek Yogurt and Flax Pancakes, Cranberry and Almond Chicken Salad, and a Slow Cooker Italian Beef. Monday brings One Pot Creamy Mushroom and Chicken Pasta and Tuesday is Spicy Skillet Hoisin Chicken. Wednesday is Sweet and Spicy Pork Chops and Thursday is Chicken Enchilada Bubble Up. To end the week, meals include Fish Tacos as well as a Zucchini Pizza Boats.

Healthy Cranberry Almond Chicken Salad: If you have ever had the Costco version of this salad, you know how good it is. Make this at home version instead. It’s better for you, more affordable, and I think it tastes even better.
